Comparisons
Comparing your options, honestly.
Most practices meet these companies one at a time, in a sales call, with no way to compare. These pages set out what each one publishes about itself, what Hey32 does differently, and the questions worth asking whoever you end up talking to. Including us.
The companies named on these pages own their own names and marks, which are used here only to identify who is being compared. None of them is affiliated with Hey32, none has reviewed or endorsed anything here, and nothing on these pages is a statement made by them. Everything we describe about another company is taken from that company's own public website, with the date it was checked. If any of it is wrong or has changed, write to hey@hey32.com and we will correct it.

Read the comparisonHow we write these
Their words for them, our words for us.
Everything on these pages about another company is taken from that company's own public website, and each page says when it was checked. Where something is not published, we have written it as a question for you to ask rather than guessing at the answer.
None of these companies is affiliated with Hey32 and none has endorsed anything here. Several of them are good at what they do, and where that is true we say so. A comparison that only flatters the author is not worth reading.
Questions
Questions about comparing
How should an orthodontist compare practice platforms and marketing companies?
Start with what you are trying to fix. If enquiries are the problem, compare marketing companies. If enquiries arrive and starts do not follow, the money belongs in the path from consultation to signed agreement. Then compare on the terms rather than the pitch: published pricing, minimum term, who owns the website and domain, whether any fee scales with your collections, and whether you can see the product working before a sales call.
Are these comparisons fair to the other companies?
Everything stated here about another company comes from that company's own public website, with the date it was checked. Where we could not verify something, we have written it as a question for you to put to them rather than an assertion. None of these companies is affiliated with Hey32, and we would rather you checked than took our word for it.
When is Hey32 the wrong choice?
When a practice only needs more enquiries and already converts them well, a focused marketing agency is cheaper. When a practice carries a heavy insurance and accounts-receivable burden, a financial operations company does work Hey32 does not do. Hey32 fits a practice that wants the website, the patient experience and the money side run as one thing, in its own brand.
