Website terms of use
These terms apply to your use of hey32.com. By using the site you agree to them. The terms on which Hey32 provides its platform and services to a practice are a separate document, the Hey32 Services Agreement, which practices sign digitally at hey32.com/agreement. Where the two differ, the services agreement governs the services.
Information, not advice
The content on hey32.com, including the guides, pricing and case study material, is general information for orthodontic practice owners. It is not legal, financial, tax or clinical advice, and it does not take your circumstances into account. Get your own professional advice before making decisions, particularly on contracts, health advertising rules and privacy obligations in your market.
Pricing and offers
Prices shown on the site are in the stated currency, exclude GST or GST/HST as applicable, and may change. Founding-client pricing is limited and available only while spots remain. A quote in a launch plan or a signed services agreement takes precedence over prices shown on the site.
The tour and example clinics
The interactive tour and the example clinic brands on this site are fictional and illustrative. Any resemblance to a real practice is unintended. Screenshots and figures relating to Milk Orthodontics are real and are used with permission.
Intellectual property
The Hey32 name, logo, website design, text, illustrations, software and example content are owned by Orthodontic Technologies Limited or its licensors. You may read and share links to the site freely. You may not copy the design, content or software for commercial use without written permission. Trade marks of other companies mentioned on the site belong to their owners.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to send spam, to submit false information in the get-started, onboarding or agreement forms, to attempt to access other users' information, or to interfere with the site's operation. We may block access to anyone who does.
Links to other sites
The site links to third-party sites, including client websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Orthodontic Technologies Limited excludes all warranties about the site and is not liable for any loss arising from its use or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be excluded. hey32.com is a business-to-business site; the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply to services supplied to practices under the services agreement.

Law and changes
These terms are governed by New Zealand law and the New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the current version. Questions go to hey@hey32.com.
